Four senior Natural Resource Consultants formed Ecora Resource Group in 2010 after many successful years working together at Timberline. As Timberline re-structured to focus on other opportunities, the Ecora team chose to join forces and create a new company dedicated to providing outstanding client services and fostering enduring relationships with our clients, employees, and our network. Our focus on client satisfaction, achieved through exceptional communication skills, technical innovation, superior product quality and operational efficiency provide our competitive edge.

In the spring of 2011 Ecora acquired Chesapeake Services and formed a sister company called Ecora Engineering. This merger of complimentary disciplines has allowed clients from both Ecora companies to access new skill sets for their projects while simultaneously providing rewarding career opportunities for our staff.

In the fall of 2011, we welcomed several senior staff in Vancouver, Victoria, Kelowna and Prince George committed to the Ecora philosophy of providing remarkable service to our valued clients without exception. Our vibrant team delivers a full suite of natural resource consulting services, civil engineering and structural engineering services to our diverse clients in forestry, oil and gas, municipal developments, alternative energy, and other industries.
